About the Role:

As Centre Manager, you will lead a passionate team of educators and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Brunswick centre. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, fostering strong family partnerships, and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership and mentoring to educators

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards

  • Maintain strong enrolment and occupancy levels

  • Collaborate with families and the wider community

  • Drive curriculum excellence and a culture of professional learning

About You:

  • Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role in early childhood

  • Strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF

  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

  • A passion for fostering a positive team culture and delivering high-quality outcomes for children
