Are you an enthusiastic, nurturing and dedicated educator looking to make a difference in children's lives? We are currently seeking Casual Early Childhood Educators (Certificate III and Diploma qualified) to join our team and support our vibrant and inclusive learning environments.

About the Role:

As a valued casual team member, you'll work alongside passionate educators to provide high-quality care and meaningful learning experiences for children. You will step into various roles across our rooms to support day-to-day operations and create a warm, engaging and safe environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of stimulating learning activities

  • Supporting the individual needs and routines of children

  • Building strong relationships with children, families and fellow educators

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment

  • Contributing to documentation and reflection of children's learning and development

  • Following all centre policies, procedures and the National Quality Framework (NQF)

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for working with young children

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (HLTAID012 preferred)

  • Knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and child development

  • Flexibility to work across various shifts and rooms

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
