As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their VIC team. This is more than a sales role – it's an opportunity to partner with clients and distribution networks to create win-win outcomes, build long-term relationships, and deliver tailored finance solutions that truly make a difference.

The Role

In this role, you will nurture and grow relationships with three high-value platinum vendor partners, while also identifying and building new relationships across the Print, IT, and Technology sectors with businesses looking for a trusted finance partner.

Your responsibilities will include :

Strengthening and expanding relationships with platinum vendor partners

Identifying, engaging, and securing new clients across Print, IT, and Technology industries

Providing product training and support to partner staff

Helping partners increase their sales by delivering the right payment solutions for their clients

Structuring and quoting finance transactions to meet client needs

Managing your pipeline and driving performance against sales targets

This is a key role where you'll balance autonomy with support – working from your home office, with the flexibility to hot-desk at partner sites across Melbourne.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines financial services expertise with the right mindset. You'll bring :

Experience in asset finance, commercial lending, or related products

5+ years in business development, account management, or sales

Commercial acumen and a genuine client-first approach

Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative nature

Confidence with Microsoft products and strong communication skills
