The day-to-day :

Our personal trainers deliver premium, well-planned training sessions to help members achieve their fitness goals and make positive life changes. This role offers flexible hours, allowing trainers to work as many or as few hours as they wish, leveraging their knowledge and love of fitness to enrich others' lives. In addition to training sessions, trainers also work on gym floor shifts to familiarize themselves with facilities, meet members, and build their client base.
