">About the Role:
">Our team members play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities meet the needs of our members and visitors. This involves providing friendly and professional assistance with various tasks, such as sales, reception, and merchandising.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, touring, closing sales, and obtaining referrals for future sales. They will also actively seek new business opportunities, representing the facility positively and professionally.
">Deliver first-class customer service aligned with our mission, vision, and values.
">Provide excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
">Apply sound cash handling principles and use Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively.
">Promote centre services and programs, facilitating bookings and enrollments.
">Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification and possess a Working With Children Check (or equivalent).

">Experience in fitness, sales, customer service, or retail is highly beneficial. However, candidates with a friendly attitude and customer-focused mindset are encouraged to apply.
