The Role: Member Services Officer

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused professional to join our team in delivering exceptional service to our members.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing excellent support to customers and contributing to the success of our business.

As a Member Services Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
  • Promoting our services and programs to customers and accepting bookings and enrolments
  • Applying sound financial principles and using Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and team goals and targets

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A passion for fitness and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the fitness or sales industry
  • Holding current First Aid & CPR Certification and a Working With Children Check
