Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Fitness Professional to join our team. As a key member of the health services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs and services to our members.

Your primary role will involve leading and supporting members in their health and fitness journey through various group fitness classes, individual training sessions, and personalized fitness assessments.

You will also be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and equipment functionality across gym spaces, ensuring safe and clean use by members.

In addition, you will engage with members to encourage ongoing participation in health and fitness services, provide support to patrons, and assist in supervision of the health club area.

  • Deliver Group Fitness classes and group training sessions, fitness assessments, and personalized programs
  • Engage with members to encourage ongoing participation in health and fitness services
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and equipment functionality across gym spaces
  • Prepare and pack up class and session equipment, ensuring safe and clean use
  • Provide support to patrons and assist in supervision of the health club area

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Fitness, current CPR and Senior First Aid Certificates, and Working with Children Check. You should also have demonstrated experience in customer-focused fitness delivery, including Group Fitness, Aqua classes, and Yoga and Pilates.
