AutoCraze is Australia's #1 destination for wheels, tyres, lift kits, and full 4x4 custom builds. We're expanding fast — and looking for a highly experienced **Outbound Sales Consultant** to join our Silverwater HQ.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Majority outbound sales** (70%) calling from a database of over 50,000 customers
- Selling premium automotive products: wheels, tyres, accessories, lift kits, and 4x4 builds
- Managing inbound leads (30%) from digital campaigns and existing customers
- Hitting daily and monthly KPIs and closing deals
- Providing high-quality customer service and after-sales support

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Minimum 5 years of outbound phone sales experience**:

- **Strong, proven sales track record** — consistently hitting and exceeding targets
- Confident communicator and persuasive closer
- Self-motivated, hungry to succeed, and performance-driven
- Automotive experience or knowledge of 4x4 products is highly desirable
