We\'re hiring: Experienced Mortgage Broker (2–3 Years)

Location: Williams Landing, VIC | Company: Scouty Finance | Full-Time

Are you a driven Mortgage Broker with 2–3 years' experience? Ready to grow in a supportive, strategy-led team that puts clients first? Scouty Finance is looking for someone like you.

Based in Williams Landing, VIC, we support both local and remote clients across residential, investment, and refinance lending.

Who We're Looking For
  • 2–3 years' experience in mortgage broking or lending advisory
  • Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
  • Knowledge of lender policy and structuring across residential lending
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Values that align with integrity, transparency, and putting clients first
  • Comfortable using CRMs and digital loan platforms
What You'll Be Doing
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of residential lending clients
  • Structure tailored loan solutions and present strategic advice
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and stakeholders throughout the process
  • Use our tools and systems to drive efficiency and client outcomes
  • Stay current with credit policies, compliance, and market shifts
