An opportunity to join a fast paced, busy environment servicing clients and providing them exceptional customer experience. Within this role, you will be provided with training, mentorship (if needed) and ongoing support, as well as job security with ongoing leads from their real estate partner.
As the mortgage broker in this newly created role, all leads will be provided to you allowing you the opportunity to be the lending expert ensuring the clients are happy and return again to buy their second or third investment property.
**RESPONSIBILITIES & YOUR EXPERIENCE**
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure continual use of services
- Handle incoming inquiries and being the expert in loan processing
- Work with agents to provide exceptional advice and solutions from recommendation through to settlement and beyond.
- Present solutions to clients within their loan capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
- Diploma in Mortgage Broking OR minimum Cert 4 in Finance & Mortgage Broking
- Experience as a Mortgage Broker
