About the Role
Ideagen is seeking a proactive Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships within our digital sales team.
You will be responsible for managing the customer journey—driving retention, expansion, and success—while collaborating across teams to deliver value through our Saa S solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow mid-market client relationships, focusing on retention and revenue expansion.
Oversee the full sales cycle—from onboarding to upselling and renewals.
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility using Salesforce and Hub Spot.
Deliver tailored Saa S solutions through a consultative, data-driven approach.
Identify growth opportunities and structure deals that deliver real value.
Act as a trusted advisor to ensure client success with Ideagen's products.
Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance engagement and adoption.

Skills and Experience

Experience leading high-performing account management or customer success teams in B2 B Saa S.
Understanding of pricing strategies and renewal mechanics.
Proven success in upselling strategic services.
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders confidently.
Data-driven, commercially minded, and capable of cutting through the noise.
