Job Title: Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing top accounts for corporate, inbound and MICE sectors. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team, you will assist in developing a strategic approach to ensure the acquisition of major business and partnership opportunities to achieve total hotel revenue targets.

You will be responsible for proactive sales and will work closely with the Conference and Event Sales team to drive conferencing business for the Hotel. Staying up to date with key market information and trends, you will leverage current and new business to increase revenue. In addition to managing key accounts, you will also develop low-producing accounts to convert them into key accounts for the Hotel.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated sales experience in a hotel environment with a particular focus on MICE. You will have the natural ability to source, develop and manage new business leads. Strong communication skills both verbally and written are required, along with a naturally ambitious leader who is always seeking the next business opportunity. Forming ongoing relationships and delivering unforgettable guest experiences are essential.
