Job Title: Senior Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of accountants, overseeing financial processes, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team of financial accountants
  • Managing month-end processes, financial journals, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations
  • Designing and implementing capital accounting systems
  • Driving standardisation, optimisation, and continuous improvement across group-wide finance operations

About You:
  • You have a strong background in accounting with at least 10 years of experience
  • You have proven leadership experience, especially in managing teams through change
  • You have excellent technical accounting skills and experience with ERP systems
