Duties: Reporting into a Sales & Marketing Director, this is an important role not only to drive sales for the business, but to guide potential buyers through the purchasing journey & supporting them in deciding on their dream home.
Day to day will include: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal Identifying and gaining new business through a sustained program of cold calling, mailing and following up on referrals/ leads Coordinating, conducting and participating in Sales promotions, campaigns, events and displays.
Provide leadership and support sales team members, to ensure a cohesive customer focused approach and achievement of sales targets – including training and ongoing KPI management Attend industry events and keep up to date with market trends and developments Facilitate the execution of tenders and Home Building agreements with purchasers for House and Land split contract transactions, as required Establish relationships with developers to enable acquisition of land under access or option arrangements.
