**Your role**:
A great 12 month FTC opportunity exists in our Project Solutions team (within our broader Capital Markets & Corporate business line) for an Executive Assistant with a desire to provide a high level of secretarial and administrative support to a busy and successful team of senior practitioners.
You will collaborate with other Executive Assistants in the team to support each other and the team as a whole. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- drafting correspondence, document preparation (including the use of precedents) and complex amendments
- proactive diary management and coordination of meeting/travel arrangements
- liaising with clients as directed by senior practitioners and maintaining client databases and key contact information
- assist with co-ordination of tenders, pitches as required
- file management including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filing
- co-ordinating end of month billing
- client and group reporting
- reconciliation of corporate AMEX expenses using Concur
- general administrative tasks
- other ad hoc duties as required

- self-motivated and an ability to work autonomously with mínimal direction
- flexibility and the ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
- exceptional organisational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritise and delegate
