The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner Lead – Shared Services to join our Human Resources Partnering team and play a pivotal role in forming strong relationships with our Shared Services leaders, delivering high-impact HR advisory services and support for our Shared Services Team.
Reporting to the HR Business Partnering Manager, you will combine hands-on business partnering, strong delivery and team leadership to ensure consistent, practical, and timely HR support.
Key Responsibilities Will Include Collaborate with the HR Business Partnering Manager to shape and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the organisation's goals and priorities.
Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships across the Shared Services Team to deliver impactful HR advisory services aligned with business needs and strategic direction.
Lead and coach HR Business Partners to deliver business facing value-added HR services.
Champion and coach team members to utilise self-service tools and base systems to improve user experience and service delivery.
Coach and support leaders to effectively lead and implement performance management, development, and total reward initiatives.
Work with SMEs and leaders to execute organisational design and workforce planning activities.
Work with SMEs and leaders to embed diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and foster a safe work environment.
About You To succeed in this role, you will bring Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years in senior HR business partnering roles.
3–5 years of leadership experience in HR team management.
Strong commercial acumen and critical thinking skills.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
Passion for working directly with Leaders and team members to deliver outcomes and value to the business.
Proven ability to coach and develop Leaders and team members.
Expertise in project and change management.
Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
