Own the P&L and drive ROI with our largest national customer.
Own the Customer Relationship: Lead strategic negotiations and grow long-term partnerships.
Inspire High Performance: Set the tone for a high-performing, cross-functional team spanning sales, marketing, RGM, category and supply chain.
Foster a culture of accountability, development and performance.
Drive with Insight: Use data to unlock opportunity.
Translate category, customer and shopper insights into action through tools like Circana/IRI, Power BI and Quantium.
Collaborate with Impact: Engage and influence across all levels — from internal stakeholders (Marketing, Ops, C-Suite) to external customers and distributor networks.\ Your EdgeStrategic Sales Leadership: You bring proven experience leading national accounts and sales teams, with a track record of delivering sustained commercial success.
Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial drivers including margin, pricing, cost control and forecasting.
You think in terms of the bottom line — and the bigger picture.
Marketplace Expertise: Whether it's liquor, FMCG, consumer healthcare or retail, you know the Australian retail landscape like the back of your hand.
