Overview Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Campus Recruiting & Programs Join Cohen & Co as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting campus recruiting and internship programs.
This role focuses on planning and executing campus events, supporting the campus strategy, and creating a strong experience for interns in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities Campus Event Support: Plan and execute firm events and activities at universities (career fairs, information sessions, interview scheduling, etc.).
Campus Recruitment: Support full-cycle campus recruiting for internships and entry-level roles, including application review, video interview review, and interview scheduling.
Pre-Onboarding: Ensure completion of pre-onboarding tasks and provide support to candidates through their start date.
Internship Program Support: Help plan and coordinate various internship programs, highlighting each step of the process.
Data and Reporting: Use the ATS and other systems to capture recruiting activities and generate reports on program effectiveness.
Team Support: Collaborate with campus liaisons and recruiting partners and support other areas of Talent Acquisition as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, required.0-3 years of recruiting experience, internship experience, and campus engagement preferred.
Previous experience with campus recruiting, internship programs, or college outreach is highly preferred.
Ability to travel up to 0-25% and flexible hours, including evenings as needed.
Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the firm and at target schools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Strong administrative, documentation, and detail-oriented skills.
Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and maintain professionalism with internal and external clients.
Ability to learn the firm's recruiting policies, procedures, and systems quickly.
Self-starter with solid project management abilities; comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Experience with event planning and coordination; adaptable to new technology and platforms.

Salaries are determined based on candidate skills, experience, licensure, certifications, responsibilities, geography, and market considerations, with a Total Rewards package that goes beyond base compensation.
