Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team.

  • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of vacancies, leading end-to-end recruitment for our corporate teams.

Your expertise will see you responsible for hiring manager briefings, coaching hiring managers and candidates through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build recruitment strategies.
  • Identify, attract, and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites, channels, and networks.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, complete reference checks, and support successful onboarding from offer to first day.
  • Coach and support hiring managers through the recruitment process, offering best practice advice and support.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and participate in interviews, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation throughout the interview process.
  • Partner with retail leaders and district managers on hiring store leadership roles and provide system expertise to store hiring managers when required.
  • Prepare and process onboarding documentation and support questions from candidates as they complete all required documents.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to management.
  • Take the lead and execute exciting TA projects, delivering TA training, improving processes, creating SOPs, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment and/or HR.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with and manage stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
  • Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-evolving HR environment.
  • PASSION FOR TALENT ACQUISITION AND A DRIVE FOR IMPLEMENTING CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.
  • Creative thinking and a proactive mindset in the TA space - A can-do attitude.
  • A customer-centric approach, with the ability to work independently with strong time management skills to fill roles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft office suite; Word/Excel/Outlook.
