This role will see you play a central part in driving performance, product quality, and operational excellence across a diverse and passionate team.Key Responsibilities IncludeLeading daily operations across manufacturing, planning, warehousing, and supply chain.
Ensuring delivery of high-quality products on time and to specification.
Driving a strong safety, quality, and compliance culture across site operations.
Building capability within the team through leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement.
Working cross-functionally with Quality, NPD, Retail, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and agility in meeting business goals.
Identifying and implementing initiatives to optimise performance, reduce waste, and elevate customer experience.
About YouYou're a Hands-on Operations Leader With a Background In Food Or FMCG Manufacturing — And a Genuine Passion For Quality, People, And Premium Product.
You Thrive In a Collaborative, Fast-paced Environment And Enjoy Being Close To The Product And The Process.
You Bring5+ years' leadership experience in food, beverage, or premium consumer goods manufacturing.
A values-led leadership style that engages, motivates, and develops teams.
Experience working in a high-quality manufacturing environment (desirable).
Strong understanding of food safety, QA, and compliance standards.
A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to balance structure and flexibility.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach across teams.
