Behaviour Therapist – Disability & Mental Health | Full-time, Part-time Penrith, North Parramatta & Regents Park Locations | NDIS & Private Clients Join a passionate multidisciplinary team where you'll be supported by an experienced supervisor and empowered to make meaningful change in the lives of individuals with disabilities and behavioural challenges.
We're seeking an enthusiastic Behaviour Therapist who thrives in a flexible, collaborative, and client-focused environment.
The Role You will support children, teens, and adults with behaviour, emotional, and social goals in: Clinic, home, school, and community settings Individual sessions, family consultations, and program development A flexible caseload aligned with your experience and interests Collaboration with a team of allied health professionals Your Responsibilities Develop and implement behaviour support plans aligned with NDIS guidelines Conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and monitor progress Liaise with families, educators, and support workers to ensure consistency of support Maintain documentation and meet compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguarding standards Participate in team supervision and professional development opportunities What's on Offer Flexible hours – full-time, part-time. Senior supervision and clinical support provided Purpose-built clinic and access to resources Ongoing CPD and opportunities to supervise students Dedicated admin support A collaborative and supportive workplace culture About You Background in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Social Work, Education, or related field NDIS registration (or in the process of obtaining it) is essential Experience with NDIS participants and Positive Behaviour Support preferred Passionate about improving emotional regulation, daily living, and social engagement Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills Car and valid driver's licence is a must-have Whether you're an early career therapist or looking to expand your impact, this role offers flexibility, support, and growth.
