Ongoing growth has created an opportunity for a skilled and talented strata and property officer, a truly excellent opportunity, this role would suit such as person who is hungry and driven & enjoys building relationships with landlords and tenants

Assisting the Senior Strata Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Prepare agendas
- Completion of meeting minutes and post-meeting action documents
- Prepare and issue notices for meetings
- Liaising with Committees, clients and other stakeholders to resolve issues
- General assistant and administration duties as required

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Work in a fast-paced environment within a small family business
- To work in a team successfully and autonomously
- Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail
- Proven relationship building skills including high level oral and written communication
- The ability to work towards achieving targets
- Hold a minimum Certificate of Registration within the strata industry - or are willing to complete the certificate
- A Current Drivers Licence and a reliable vehicle
- To be a permanent resident/ Australian Citizen

We are searching for highly motivated and driven person to join our team, so consideration would be given to the right individual.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
