**This Property Officer role includes (but not limited to)**:

- Conducting open homes (and private inspections) and update landlords on the outcome (includes Saturday’s)
- Processing of Rental Applications
- Handling and addressing rental enquiries
- Ingoing Condition Reports
- Conducting routine inspections and completing reports
- Work closely with the Senior Property Management team

**Requirements**:

- A current driver’s license & access to a reliable vehicle
- An aspiration to turn real estate into a career
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Professional appearance
- Impeccable communication skills (both verbally and written)
- Experience in PropertyMe and Inspection Manager is favourable (but not essential)
- Ability to work autonomously

Competitive salary. All enquiries will remain confidential.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Australia (required)
