As a Restaurant Manager , you'll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service, and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for both staff and customers.
If you're driven, love leading teams, and want to grow your career in a fun and supportive atmosphere, we want to hear from you What you'll be doing : Leading your team : Hire, train, conduct performance reviews, and resolve any employee issues Exceeding customer expectations : Inspire your team to provide exceptional service and achieve sales goals Stock management : Oversee stock receiving and storage, ensuring minimal wastage and efficient transfers Team development : Provide 1-on-1 feedback and support to help your team grow Celebrate success : Acknowledge your team's achievements and create a positive work culture Safety first : Ensure safe work procedures are followed at all times A bit about you : Positive & proactive : You lead from the front with a can-do attitude and thrive in motivating and engaging others Attention to detail : You're organized, with strong planning and time-management skills Team player : You work well with others and contribute to a team-oriented environment Certifications : You either have or are willing to obtain an RSA You'll thrive in this fast-paced role if you're a self-starter who builds rapport quickly, loves working with people, and enjoys leading a team to success.
