Are you passionate about making a difference? WISE Employment is seeking a National Business Manager for our Grad WISE program.
Supporting greater workforce participation of students and graduates who are living with a disability, mental or physical illnesses in graduate and entry level employment, the National Business Manager is responsible for all aspects involved in running the program.
This includes people management, financial performance, market awareness, business development, partnerships, strategic focus and operational planning while applying sound knowledge of contract.
This includes growing, developing and maintaining our university and industry partners.

To be considered for this role…
· You have full Australian working rights
· You hold a full Australian driver's license
· You are willing to obtain a National Police Check
· You can pass a Working with Children Check
· You are willing to travel across the State, and nationally

Duties of the role include (but are not limited to):
Strategy, Service Delivery and Business Planning
· Grow, develop and maintain Australian University and Industry Partnerships
· Create, implement and embed a strategy to increase market share
· Plan, implement and manage financial and budgetary resources in accordance with WISE strategy and policies
· Manage service delivery standards to customers and stakeholders
· Develop, evaluate and monitor the quality of customer services
· Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and workplace support for Grad WISE participants
Information Management
· Provide regular reporting to WISE senior management
· Maintain partnership reporting requirements
· Contribute to WISE tender and business growth activities, as required
Contract Management
· Achieve business and performance outcomes by showing initiative and utilise innovation
· Achieve business and performance objectives
· Ensure the collection, recording, maintenance and evaluation of all required data and the completion of all other associated administrative tasks is in line with funding body requirements and relevant legislation
· Deliver specified service standards
People Management
· Manage performance effectiveness through monitoring human resource management metrics including turnover rates, grievance rates, OHS incidences, etc
· Effectively lead team to achieve key goals with clear communication and confidence
· Develop the capability of direct reports in line with performance indicators to achieve business objectives and report on this where required
Personal Management and Effectiveness
· Show personal accountability for the achievement of the key result areas, including contractual objectives
· Utilise problem-solving skills to reach resolutions that are in the best interests of the team and the organisation more broadly
· Manage own performance and improvement, and that of direct reports
· Take personal accountability for own behaviour consistent with WISE values, policies and procedures and contractual requirements
· Complete ad-hoc duties, as required
· Contribute to own job effectiveness through implementation of ideas for improvement
· Listen to others' ideas for improvement and put forward informed opinions about their merit
