This National Business Manager role sits within the Kinrise Biscuits sales team and reports to the Head of Sales – Biscuits.
Location flexibility is offered: Melbourne (South Yarra) or Brisbane (Carole Park) depending on the right candidate.
Responsibilities Own and lead the strategic relationships with a major national grocery retailer.
Build accurate forecasts, achieve sales targets, and drive annual joint business plans.
Lead customer negotiations and engagement with support from a strong, capable team.
Identify and unlock new business development opportunities to drive incremental growth.
Influence product and category strategies with input into go-to-market plans.
Manage the customer investment plan from planning to optimisation.
Translate strategy into action through channel activation plans and execution tracking.
Build strong customer connections to position Kinrise as the natural partner of choice.
