Having conquered NZ and now #1 in Australia, they are embarking on their next ambitious growth phase, seeking a visionary Head of Sales to lead the chargeThis is a golden opportunity for a hands-on sales leader , a builder, and a coach who wants to be a part of something huge.You can shape repeatable sales processes, drive significant revenue, and develop a high-performing team within a culture that values excellence, delivery, and funWhat you'll be doing: Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Business Development Managers.Driving the ANZ sales plan, pipeline, and revenue performance, with a focus on increasing sales velocity monthly.Delivering individual deals alongside your sales team target.Creating scalable sales processes, setting up the sales engine, sequences, automations, and performance tracking.Recruiting and ramping new sales hires to match significant growth ambitions.Partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market execution.Owning key Saa S metrics (i.e.
