This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 4, 2025 Willetton Senior High School (SHS) is one of the largest schools in Western Australia, with a student population in excess of 2700, approximately 230 teaching staff and 145 support staff on campus.

Find out more about our school by visiting www.willettonshs.wa.edu.au or Schools Online The Role Working closely with the Head of Learning Area and teaching staff, you will assist in the planning and delivery of curriculum-aligned practical activities by preparing materials, setting up experiments, and offering expert advice on demonstrations that enhance student learning.
Your responsibilities will also include the care of living organisms, ensuring safe and compliant use of chemicals and biological materials, and maintaining a clean and organised laboratory environment.

Demonstrated knowledge of science subjects relevant to the curriculum taught in secondary schools and the ability to design and construct experiments and equipment to support curriculum requirements.
Demonstrated good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills and ability to work independently.
Demonstrated well developed keyboarding and computer skills including a working knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
