About The Role Offering a rare opportunity to job our Sales team, we are on the hunt for a motivated and driven Real Estate Agent to join our high-performing team This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for residential property and a knack for building great relationships.

We've got the stock, you've got the skill to close the dealKey Responsibilities Include Responding to buyer inquiries - no prospecting required Meeting prospective buyers, qualifying them, conducting inspections and running open homes Liaising between our Melbourne office and our properties in Albert Park and Hawthorn East Guiding buyers through the sales process from first meeting to settlement Providing exceptional customer service, and following up promptly with potential buyers Why Join Us One to one training with our National Sales Director Salary base of $75,000 + Super + Comms High quality residential properties ready to sell - spend your time selling, not chasing leads Supportive tight-knit team environment with experienced colleagues and strong administration support Genuine career progression - develop your skills and grow your real estate career Key Requirements To Be Considered Minimum six months in residential property sales (ideally 12 months+)Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration Full-time role, 5 days per week - must be able to work every Saturday (Sunday & 1 weekday off)Your own reliable car and a valid driver's licence You Are A Perfect Fit If You are well presented and professional at all times Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Confident closer, but aren't forceful Self motivated, ambitious and driven Organised with great attention to detail Have strong rapport building and relationship management skills If this sounds like you then we would love to hear from you.
