As the Operations Manager, you will ensure we meet contracted service requirements at our customer sites, ensure site compliance and operational improvements, manage the day-to-day operations, all while keeping costs within budget and providing the required levels of customer service.Key AccountabilitiesIdentification and implementation of operational efficiencies to achieve exemplary customer service practices and meet contractual obligations within financial and operational targets.
Site operations compliance and ongoing improvement in manning, rostering, equipment, and licence compliance management.
Ensuring we meet our programmed service requirements at our customers sites Report all cost activities and contribute to revenue activities.
Contribute to investigating, reporting and managing vehicle incidents.
Lead, develop and support your team in meeting business objectives while maintaining a safe and respectful workplace.
About YouPassionate about customer service, you will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and have experience leading operational teams.
This is an exciting chance for someone eager to develop as a leader while growing the site and turning it into a successful operation, all while showcasing your skills.The right candidate will likely come from an industrial, manufacturing or mining environment and can look at things from a process perspective to take what is there and improve the processes and compliance.Prior leadership experience within an operational environment.
Mechanical, manufacturing, production, or other engineering experience or exposure.
Demonstrated commercial, negotiation and influencing skills.
Exceptional leadership ability and track record in safety leadership and performance.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and communication channels with stakeholders.
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders.
