About the Opportunity:
This is a field-based role managing the account base throughout the Melbourne Region, with approximately 4 nights per month travel.
Business Development and Education Managers focus on RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS GROWTH, and CUSTOMER SERVICE and are responsible for:
Nurturing and developing relationships with existing accounts to achieve set targets
Assisting accounts with sell-through initiatives, education & training, and visual merchandising
Creating and managing a territory journey plan
Completing territory forecasting weekly & monthly
Prospecting salons within the territory to secure new business
Striving for sales excellence through outstanding customer service
About You:
Experienced account managers with at least 2 years in field-based sales roles, results-driven, positive, resilient, self-motivated, and well-organized with strong Excel skills.
Passionate about the hair & beauty industry and relationship building.
