About our position ASI is looking for a talented Sales Support Engineer who is responsible for supporting ASH's sales efforts to drive the business growth of i MIS, Open Water, Top Class, Clowder, and other ASH software solutions.
In this role, the Sales Support Engineer will collaborate closely with the sales support team to provide support in pre-sales activities, including product demos, product fit evaluations, product discovery calls and other sales documentation to assist the sales operations What you'll be doing Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in pre-sales activities, including demo preparation, answering product-related inquiries, and assisting with RFP responses and proposal development and other documentation-related tasks.
Observe and learn demo techniques and become familiar with the master demo system, gradually take on more responsibilities in demo presentations and assisting current Sales Support Engineers in demo presentations.
Conduct practice demos for partners interested in our products, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience that highlights the value and capabilities of all ASH's products.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of product demo videos especially in the Consensus platform.
Meet with clients and prospects to review and discuss specific product functionality questions.
Maintain all light demo scripts for Open Water, Top Class, Clowder and other ASH software solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all of ASH's products, sales policies, and procedures to ensure a high level of customer service.
Perform other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
What we want you to have Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or related experience4+ years' experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and products.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
A proactive mindset with a passion for contributing to team success.
