Our client is a well-established and highly respected privately-owned automotive dealership located in regional New South Wales.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead their dynamic service department.

The Opportunity
In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the service department, mentoring a team of skilled technicians and service advisors, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service and workshop efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the service department
Lead, support, and develop a high-performing team
Maintain a strong customer-first approach across all service touchpoints
Manage workflow, technician productivity, and parts ordering
Handle warranty claims and ensure compliance with safety standards
Drive profitability while meeting KPIs and service targets

Your Background

Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Manager within a dealership
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Solid mechanical knowledge and workshop experience
Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
Proficient with dealership systems
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results
