1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Public Sector People are working with a government organisation within Brisbane who are seeking multiple Learning & Development Officers on a unique 6-month contract opportunity.
Benefits Pay: Up to $55-$85 hour + 11.5% super Location: Brisbane/CBDClient: State Government Start date: August 2025 Contract length: 6-month contract with extension Hours: 37.5hours per week Monday to Friday – WFHCandidates may be considered for permanent roles if positions become available in the future, at which point we would negotiate terms directly.
The Role Liaise with Subject Matter Experts, project team and key stakeholders across the department to source and package enterprise training material to be suitable for delivery to external contractors.
Understand training requirements and approaches for Onboarding and Train the Trainer programs.
Develop and maintain a training plan that aligns with the agreed parameters of project success and effectiveness criteria.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.
Design and develop training content and materials (e.g.
User guides, videos, FAQs, and other resources).
