**Description**:
About the role

Do you want to excel your career in Learning and Development and looking for both challenge and purpose in your work? If yes, we would love you to join the ATSICHS Brisbane Learning an Development Team in this permanent full time role.

You will enjoy assisting in the identification and development of learning & development related project deliverables including training material and facilitating training programs. You will contribute to the research and advice on learning and development opportunities, ensuring the alignment of training with ATSICHS core values and policies & procedures.

Duties
- Responsible for coordinating and managing ATSICHS Learning & Development Programs.
- Develop, implement and ongoing management of Training Needs Analysis.
- Responsible for day-to-day learning and development advice to staff.
- Assist in leading and managing major projects as determined by the Learning and Development Manager.
- Perform Monthly review of team tasks.
- Assist with the development of learning & development policies and procedures.
- Work to foster productive relationships with all clinic, program and support staff internally and externally.

**Benefits**:

- Starting Salary of $75,500 per annum (depending on qualification and experience) + 10.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).

**Skills and Experiences**:
COVID - 19 Requirements
- Immunisation history showing evidence of up-to-date COVID vaccinations.

Required

Cert IV or greater in Training & Assessing, Business or another related field.
Minimum one (1) years' experience in similar role (L&D experience preferred, not necessary).
Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Effective interpersonal skills including a high standard of customer service skills and a professional phone manner.
Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with employees and external service providers.
Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.
Valid police check.

Preferred

Experience working within an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisation.
