**About the role**:
You'll lead the way in identifying training needs and coordinating a wide range of programs - from safety and technical training to qualifications and professional development. Your work will empower our teams, support career growth, and help us build a strong, capable, and future-ready workforce.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Learning & Development (L&D) and/or Cert IV in Training and Assessment coupled with relevant L&D experience
- Proven experience designing, developing, and delivering effective learning strategies and programs
- Strong understanding of contemporary learning practices and adult learning styles
- Ability to tailor training solutions to meet the needs of diverse audiences (e.g. field-based vs. office-based staff)

**Tech & Tools Know-How**
- Skilled in using learning design tools and eLearning development platforms
- Experience with HRIS learning modules and LMS
- Familiarity with a variety of learning technologies and software is highly regarded

**People & Communication Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality internal customer service
- Team player with the ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence across all levels of the organisation
