Here's what you'll be doing: Manage a portfolio of SME and commercial clients, primarily across Business and Public Liability Handle renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day servicing Deliver tailored, strategic insurance advice to a diverse client base Negotiate with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive terms Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor Identify cross-sell and growth opportunities Mentor junior team members (for senior-level applicants)What you need to bring: Tier 2 qualification (Tier 1 preferred or highly regarded)Minimum 2 years' experience in broking
