Accounting Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished Accounting Professional to oversee our accounting functions and provide strategic financial insights.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with GAAP and internal controls. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in senior-level accounting, preferably in real estate or property management
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or MBA preferred
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting best practices
  • Proven experience leading and managing accounting teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
