As General Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of property operations from leasing strategy and financial planning to compliance, maintenance, and resident engagement.
With a strong commercial mindset and a passion for people, you'll bring together your expertise in asset performance, team development, and stakeholder relationships to make this asset a market leader.Key responsibilities will include:Lead end-to-end management of the property's success, driving financial goals, operational efficiency, and exceptional resident engagement.
Prepare and implement strategic leasing plans to reduce vacancies, increase renewals, and strengthen asset positioning.
Maintain trusted partnerships with clients, residents, and internal teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Develop, mentor, and empower team members to deliver exceptional service and support a strong, resident-focused culture.
Skills & Experience Required To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:Unlimited Working Rights in Australia NSW Class 1 (preferred) or Class 2 Real Estate License Extensive property management experience in BTR or a similar industry Demonstrated leadership skills to guide coach and mentor a high performing team Strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes FIND YOUR INDI With over 200 thoughtfully designed one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, INDI Sydney offers elevated hotel-style living across three levels.
