As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic, commercially driven leader to take charge of our NSW and ACT sales operations.
The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales – NSW & ACT to lead our regional sales function, manage key client relationships, uncover new growth opportunities, and support our talented sales team across the region.
You will play a critical role in shaping the success of the NSW and ACT markets, leading a high-performing team, and contributing to our national sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the NSW and ACT sales teams to deliver regional revenue, margin, and growth targets.
Coach, mentor, and support Territory Managers to build capability, drive results, and uphold a high-performing culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with major B2 B clients across the region.
Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion into untapped sectors.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
Deliver accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior leadership.
Lead and support tender submissions, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
Stay informed of product and industry trends to support commercial decision-making.
What You'll Bring Minimum 5 years' senior B2 B sales leadership experience, ideally within hospitality, catering, FMCG, or a related industry.
Proven track record in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and data-driven sales methodologies.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or Management.
Experience in managing multi-site sales teams and complex account portfolios.
