About the roleWe're looking for an Accounts Payable to join our team.
You will be part of the the National accounting team and responsible for following up and reconciling supplier invoices and statements to ensure accurate and timely payments of invoices.Follow up with relevant staff and suppliers regarding invoices by exception (i.e.
invoices not automatically processed by our system)Reconcile supplier invoices and statementsEnsure accurate and timely processing of invoices by exceptionMaintain accurate and relevant supplier informationUndertake other administrative duties as requiredAbout youWe are looking for someone who is self motivated, enthusiastic and enjoys working in a high performing team.Minimum of two years of experience in an accounts payable position within a medium to large organisationProven ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholdersClear and confident verbal communication skills, particularly in telephone interactionsProficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced levelExceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer serviceJoin our teamYou can always tell someone who works at Kennards Hire.
