We're here to help them build real momentum with money.Your WhyAs the Delivery Lead – Data & Analytics Uplift, you'll drive the delivery of strategic initiatives that elevate Ubank's enterprise data capabilities.
You'll be leading two critical streams – Data Governance uplift and Enterprise Silver Layer enablement – both pivotal to shaping the future of data at Ubank.You'll embed agile delivery practices, uplift delivery maturity across teams, and bring transparency and speed to how we work with data.
It's a high-impact role where you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn strategy into action and data into real outcomes.How You Will Spend Your TimeLead delivery of Ubank's Data Governance Program and Enterprise Silver Layer uplift for critical data domains Develop and manage integrated delivery plans, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards Embed agile ways of working across D&A teams, coach squads, and uplift delivery maturity Drive progress reporting across milestones, metrics, and business outcomes Align with stakeholders across Data, Risk, Security, Tech, and Business to deliver against shared goals Support regulatory and compliance reporting related to data delivery Champion the use of Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, sprint goals, and burn-up/down charts Contribute to OKR development and quarterly delivery reporting What You'll Bring7+ years' experience in delivery/program management, with at least 3 years in data-focused roles Strong understanding of cloud data warehousing (ideally Databricks), data governance frameworks, and data architecture concepts Proven experience leading enterprise data uplift programs and Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban) Led MLOps enablement or similar complex tech delivery programs.
Delivered seamless data integration across diverse platforms.
Preferably managed end-to-end ML programs, including AI governance and insights.
