As a Delivery Lead, reporting to the Head of Delivery, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic technology initiatives that shape the future of banking.

We're excited to share that following a successful recent hiring round and with some fantastic new projects on the horizon, we're now looking to bring an additional team member on board

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across business units—executives, technology, operations, risk, security, and third-party suppliers—to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Program Delivery: Support Ubank's Technology Leadership Team in executing the Technology Strategy Program.
• Facilitation & Collaboration: Lead workshops and forums that bring the right people together to solve problems and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Governance & Quality Assurance: Ensure initiatives meet technology, risk, and industry standards, delivering safely and sustainably.
• Strategic Communication: Translate strategic intent into clear, actionable plans for teams and stakeholders.
• Decision Enablement: Provide stakeholders with timely, relevant insights to support value-driven decisions.
• Adaptability & Support: Guide teams through ambiguity and change with confidence and clarity.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion better ways of working and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
• Metrics & Coaching: Maintain delivery metrics, coach teams on agile practices, and promote collaboration.
  
  

Your Experience Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail financial services, especially within the technology domain
• Strong technical background in information security and cybersecurity
• Degree in Business, Commerce, or Technology
• Expertise in agile and enterprise delivery, with relevant industry certifications
• Deep understanding of security technologies, controls, and policies
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, CPS 234, CPG 235, CPS 230)
• Experience working with and managing third-party vendors
