Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full lifecycle of projects focused on Financial Crime and AML, from initiation through to delivery Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across both business and technology teams Ensure initiatives are delivered in line with regulatory standards and compliance obligations Apply structured project management practices and take a proactive, hands-on approach to achieve business objectives Support ongoing improvements to project delivery frameworks and team processes The ideal candidate will bring: Proven experience as a Delivery Lead/Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master within banking Strong background in Financial Crime project delivery, within a regulatory program Business-focused approach with hands-on delivery capabilities Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Prior experience in agile and waterfall delivery environments Strong leadership qualities with the ability to navigate complex environments Prior financial crime technology implementation experience (nice to have) A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven mindset There is a preference for candidates based in Melbourne for this position, though the position is open to Sydney candidates.
