Program Delivery Lead - Customer Data Enablement

Join a dynamic team as a Program Delivery Lead for Customer Data Enablement. You will be responsible for driving the coordination of delivery, including embedding change within operational teams.

  • Establish a customer data enablement program as a delivery stream of ICDD within the wider AML reforms program.
  • Build a dedicated team to support your coordination and program delivery accountabilities.
  • Establish relationships with key business stakeholders to support delivery within their own domain and provide direction.
  • Provide leadership and direction related to key delivery risk and issues.
Responsibilities:Key Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistency in planning, design, and execution.
  • Establish governance structures to support cross-team engagement.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks and blockers.
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in delivering large complex change within a similar industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial crime compliance processes and obligations.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to partner across the organization to drive change.
