About your role : Requirements include: Providing effective communication, consultation, and negotiation throughout the service to ensure stakeholder involvement.
Demonstrating sound knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and theory, participating directly or indirectly in delivering clinical care to individuals or groups.
Managing oneself effectively and collaborating with Clinical Nurse Educators and other Nurse Unit Managers / Clinical Nurse Consultants to develop staff and fulfill role responsibilities.
Leading and coordinating quality improvement and evidence-based practice activities to ensure the provision of quality, cost-effective services.
