This position provides a unique opportunity to utilise your specific clinical expertise, advanced leadership and management skills to role model excellence in nursing care and leadership, while contributing to the ongoing development of safe quality health service delivery at Atherton Hospital.
Assumes responsibility and accountability for own actions and delegation of nursing care to Registered Midwives (RMs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs), Enrolled Nurses Advanced Skills (ENAS) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs).
Provides excellent nursing leadership that drives research and quality improvement initiatives, based upon principles of person-centred family inclusive care As a Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service employee, not only will you receive competitive remuneration, you will also have access to: Generous superannuation
