Cairns Hospital is the only major referral hospital in Far North Queensland and also provides care for people from Cape York and the Torres Strait.
About your role : Accountable for NMBA standards, own practice, actions, and outcomes, including professional advice given and activities delegated to a Registered Nurse / Registered Midwife, Enrolled Nurse, or unregulated healthcare worker.
Work collaboratively with peers and others to create a positive practice environment that achieves best practice outcomes.
Responsible for outcomes and achievement of service performance targets.
