About you:
In your new role you will: Assist the Nurse Unit Manager, implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area.
Practice collaboratively and provide clinical leadership and education within the interdisciplinary health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups.
Use effective communication skills to influence and convince others in a mature, confident manner to achieve positive client outcomes, including providing informant and/or advice on clinical issues within the registered nurse scope of practice.
Maintain productive multi-disciplinary working relationships, effectively dealing with challenging behaviours and the resolution of conflicts.
