The Opportunity
  • We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sales Associate to join our team, providing unparalleled service to clients and embodying the values of our Maison.
Mission and Responsibilities

This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing personalized client experiences aligned with our Sales & Service Ambassador guidelines and benchmarks.
  2. Fostering meaningful relationships with current and potential clients, identifying their needs and preferences.
  3. Resolving complex client experience concerns and issues, ensuring a seamless and satisfying outcome for all parties involved.
  4. Facilitating sales and participating in up-selling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.

You will be an ambassador for our Maison, sharing your expertise on our métiers and products while promoting our craftsmanship and identity.

Beyond delivering outstanding client experiences, you will also contribute to maintaining a positive store environment, adhering to our operating standards and values.

About You
  • A strong background in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • A team player attitude, embodying the values of our Maison and demonstrating impeccable interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship development skills, combined with a passion for our creations and comprehensive product knowledge.
  • A proactive, efficient, and client-focused approach, with a strong sense of time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
